About Me

Welcome to Pana Performance! My name is Anthony Panagaris and I am the Strength & Conditioning coach at Anytime Fitness Findon and Fulham Gardens. When I am not on the gym floor practicing my craft as coach, I'm dedicating my time to learning the science of movement. My obsession with the study of movement and the body leads me to a consistent desire to want to learn more. I am a big advocate for living a healthy lifestyle through movement to create a strong and fit body. My mission is to educate and empower you to reach your health and fitness goals.  

My greatest asset as a trainer is the theoretical knowledge I have acquired as a result of completing an undergraduate and master's degree. Applying the scientific principles I have learnt into the training programs I develop ensures you can maximise peak performance in a safe manner.

  • Extensive knowledge of training, recovery and sports nutrition principles

  • Experience in implementing strength sessions in the gym

  • Experience as a personal trainer

  • Experience as a group fitness instructor

  • Exceptional teaching ability in strength movements, athletic movement patterns, mobility and recovery exercises
